1. General Information

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Bisonary website and web application available at https://bisonary.com (the "Service").

The Service is operated by:

By accessing the Service, creating an account, or using Bisonary, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • User - a natural person or entity using the Service.
  • Account - an individual User account within Bisonary.
  • Service - the Bisonary website, application, and related software for AI-assisted reply drafting.
  • Output - AI-generated reply suggestions and related content produced by the Service.
  • Input - prompts, account settings, examples, or other materials submitted by the User.

3. Nature of the Service

  1. Bisonary is a productivity tool that helps Users draft faster and more consistent replies for X.
  2. The Service may rely on third-party platforms, including X and AI providers, and its functionality may change if those third-party services change or become unavailable.
  3. AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for a specific purpose.
  4. The User remains solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to publish any output generated by the Service.

4. Technical Requirements

To use the Service, the User must have:

  • Internet access
  • a modern web browser
  • an X account if sign-in with X is required
  • a valid email address for communications, if applicable

5. Accounts and Authentication

  1. Access to some features requires creating an Account.
  2. The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep credentials and connected third-party accounts secure.
  3. The User is responsible for all activity carried out through their Account.
  4. We may suspend access if we reasonably suspect abuse, unauthorized access, or security risks.

6. Beta Access and Availability

  1. Bisonary may be offered in beta, early-access, or limited-release form.
  2. Features may be added, removed, changed, limited, or interrupted at any time.
  3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continued access to any specific feature.

7. User Data and Content

  1. The User retains rights to their Input and published content.
  2. By using the Service, the User grants the Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process Input and related data solely for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the Service.
  3. The User represents that they have the rights and legal basis needed to submit the Input used with the Service.
  4. The User must not submit unlawful, infringing, or sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary and lawful.

8. Acceptable Use

The User must not:

  • use the Service in violation of applicable law
  • attempt to bypass limits, controls, or security protections
  • reverse engineer or interfere with the Service
  • use the Service to infringe third-party rights
  • use the Service to generate spam, harassment, deception, or harmful content

9. Third-Party Services and AI Models

  1. The Service relies on third-party providers, including X, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and AI model providers.
  2. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy changes, or API limitations imposed by third parties.
  3. AI-generated outputs do not constitute professional advice or a guarantee of engagement, reach, or business results.

10. Fees and Future Paid Plans

  1. The Service may be offered free of charge during beta or early access.
  2. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing terms, and usage limits will be presented before purchase or subscription.
  3. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, fees paid for an active billing period are non-refundable.

11. Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service during the previous billing period or, if no fees were paid, EUR 100.
  2. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, reputation, or business opportunities.
  3. The User is solely responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.

12. Suspension and Termination

  1. The User may stop using the Service at any time.
  2. We may suspend or terminate access if the User violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, or misuses the Service.
  3. We may also discontinue the Service or particular features with reasonable notice where practicable.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, technical, or business reasons. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
  2. Any disputes shall be resolved by courts having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered place of business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
